We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and up to date.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other HR documentation.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist employees with general HR inquiries.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including processing new hire paperwork.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Perform general office and administrative duties as require
Experience
- Previous administrative or office experience (HR experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team member.
