Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces and organizing service stations.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, always adhering to food safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems to ensure smooth order flow.
- Uphold high standards of guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs throughout their visit.
Skills
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Experience with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
