Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and support the developmental growth of children from 3-4 years of age. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning, ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and excited to explore their world.
Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy, math, fine and gross motor development, social emotional learning and more.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth and development through effective classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate regularly with parents and guardians, and other staff members.
- Prior experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential, with demonstrated classroom experience in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, and classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists to support each child's growth and well-being.
- PA State Teaching Certification is preferred.
**Please Note: This position is held Monday through Friday 8:00am-1:30pm
