Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion. and other esthetic treatments with precision and care.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual skin types and concerns.
- Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments to enhance client results.
- Follow all state licensing requirements and health regulations to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Skills
- Experience with advanced esthetic procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and personalized care.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety protocols essential for esthetic services.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management.
