Position Summary:
Marshall Security LLC (“MSI Security”) is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee field-level operations across assigned security posts. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining daily coverage, supporting officer performance, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for site-level clients and field staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and understands the value of proactive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple security sites, ensuring reliable coverage and coordinated field support
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of security officers
- Monitor officer performance and site compliance through regular visits and hands-on oversight
- Address field-level issues promptly, escalating concerns as needed to maintain service quality
- Build and maintain trust with site-level client contacts through clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Serve as a field-based point of contact during emergencies and critical incidents
- Provide leadership with operational feedback to support service improvements and strategic growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security, military, or law enforcement, with a minimum of 2 years in a Leadership capacity.
- Experience with scheduling tools or workforce management systems and security technologies (e.g., access control, CCTV systems, radios, and body cameras)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends based on operational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Concealed Carry Permit for the State of Indiana (CCW) preferred
