Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices
- Collect and analyze data regularly to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy
- Provide clinical supervision and training to BCaBA staff or behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and program fidelity
- Perform patient care activities including intake assessments, client communication, and ongoing patient assessment in various settings such as home or school environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder support
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy
Requirements
- Valid certification as a BCBA or BCaBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavioral intervention techniques
- Experience conducting functional assessments like Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in home-based behavioral settings or school environments
- Excellent client communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers
- Experience working with children with disabilities in special education or clinical settings is highly preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
