Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, professional, and highly motivated Registered Nurses (RN) with exceptional IV skills to join our growing concierge wellness team.
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- Emergency Department (ER)
- ICU / Critical Care
- PACU
- Infusion Therapy
- Pre-Op / Surgical Services
- Mobile Nursing
This position is perfect for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and providing a premium healthcare experience outside the traditional hospital setting.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ $55 per standard IV visit
✔ $85 per extended IV infusion visit (greater than 90 minutes)
✔ $75 per Iron Infusion visit
✔ 20% commission on approved wellness add-ons purchased during appointments
✔ 100% of client gratuities
✔ Mileage reimbursement:
- $0.40/mile
- 100% paid mileage between clients

ResponsibilitiesMobile Concierge Patient Care
Registered Nurses will:
- Travel to client homes, hotels, offices, and approved locations
- Provide professional concierge-level service
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Review medical history, allergies, and medications
- Confirm treatment eligibility
- Follow physician-approved protocols and standing orders
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
IV Therapy & Wellness Services
Safely prepare and administer approved therapies including:
- IV hydration therapy
- Vitamin infusions
- Electrolytes
- Amino acid blends
- NAD+ therapy
- Glutathione
- Trace minerals
- Wellness injections
- Iron infusions (when applicable)
Responsibilities include:
- Sterile technique
- Medication verification
- Safe IV placement
- Infusion monitoring
- Recognizing adverse reactions
- Accurate documentation
Advanced IV Skills Required
Candidates should be confident with:
✔ Difficult IV starts
✔ Dehydrated patients
✔ Fragile veins
✔ Proper catheter selection
✔ Vein preservation techniques
Ultrasound-guided IV experience is preferred but not required.
Peptide Education Consultations
Nurses may provide client education for physician-approved peptide programs including:
- Medication storage
- Sterile preparation
- Injection technique
- Site rotation
- Safe syringe use
- Sharps disposal
RN provides education only and does not prescribe or modify treatment plans.
Emergency Preparedness
RN must be comfortable identifying and responding to:
- Allergic reactions
- Anaphylaxis
- Vasovagal reactions
- Hypotension / hypertension
- IV infiltration
- Infusion reactions
Required QualificationsLicense
Required:
✔ Active California Registered Nurse License
✔ License in good standing
Certifications
Required:
✔ American Heart Association BLS
✔ American Heart Association ACLS
Preferred:
✔ PALS certification
Experience Requirements
Minimum:
2+ years recent nursing experience in one or more areas:
- Emergency Department
- ICU
- Critical Care
- Trauma
- PACU
- Pre-Op
- Critical Care Transport
Preferred experience:
- IV Hydration Therapy
- Infusion Nursing
- Concierge Medicine
- Home Health Infusion
- Functional / Integrative Medicine
- Aesthetic Nursing
Additional Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid California Driver License
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
Ability to:
- Carry mobile medical equipment
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive IV procedures
- Work evenings/weekends as needed
