Role Overview:
As a Caregiver / HHA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Help with medication reminders and ensure clients follow their prescribed health plans.

Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure individual needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar qualification.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English.

Empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required.
Bonus If You:
- Possess additional certifications in first aid or CPR.

Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Are fluent in additional languages besides English.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Temporary basis, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is to provide in-home care in our clients homes. Service will be provided for clients in the surrounding areas of Monroe Township - Old Bridge, NJ.
