For the upcoming season, we are looking for a driven, reliable, and detail-oriented Seasonal Pool Café Cook to join our team and help deliver an exceptional, fast-paced dining experience for our members and guests.
What You’ll Do
As a Seasonal Pool Café Cook, you will be responsible for executing high-volume, quick-service food in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining Brookfield’s quality standards.
- Execute pool café prep and service with speed, consistency, and accuracy
- Prepare a variety of casual, high-quality menu items (grill items, salads, sandwiches, snacks)
- Maintain strong awareness of ticket times and service flow during peak hours
- Work collaboratively with pool staff and culinary leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Follow proper food safety, labeling, and storage standards (FIFO)
- Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the pool café operation
- Adapt quickly to volume fluctuations based on weather and member activity
