About the Role:RealClean Aircraft Detailing - Connecticut is looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Operations Manager / Lead Aircraft Detailer to join our team in CT. This is a unique dual-role opportunity where you'll lead day-to-day operations while getting hands-on with high-end aircraft detailing work. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the aircraft detailing business, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Lead, schedule, and supervise detailing staff and crew assignments
- Perform hands-on aircraft detailing including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and surface protection
- Maintain compliance with aviation facility safety protocols and ramp access procedures
- Manage inventory of detailing supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Monitor job quality, conduct inspections, and uphold company standards on every aircraft
Requirements:
- Prior experience in aircraft detailing, aviation services or detailing strongly preferred
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an operations or field management role
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
- Ability to work in an active FBO or airport environment and adhere to security requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
