18 years+ Kona Ice is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Kona Ice team member, serve our delicious shaved ice and help giveback to your community. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Serve Kona Ice to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kona Ice truck and work area.
- Safely drive our trucks. No special license required; trained on the job.
- Engage with customers, providing information about our products and flavors.
- Handle cash & card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
