What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook pizzas to company recipes and quality standards
- Stretch dough, build pizzas, and manage oven operations efficiently
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation during service
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure all food preparation areas remain clean, organized, and sanitized
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team to provide timely and efficient service
- Assist with prep work and station setup as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous pizza-making experience is required (wood-fired, Neapolitan, New York-style, or similar experience preferred)
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of dough handling, pizza preparation, and oven management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food

Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior experience preparing and cooking pizza in a restaurant, pizzeria, or similar food service environment. Candidates without pizza-making experience will not be considered.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
