Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, guest rooms, and facilities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support front desk operations including reservations, billing, and guest account management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently.
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guests, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations best practices is a plus.

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
