Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Assistant
- Assist with developing new AT&T Fiber customer accounts by identifying internet needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Assist customers throughout the account enrollment process, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive sales experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized account support before, during, and after the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand AT&T Fiber account growth through customer-focused recommendations and sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate account information, documentation, and follow-ups to support service activation and customer satisfaction.
- Address account-related questions with professionalism while helping customers understand the value of AT&T Fiber services.
