Duties:
This position assists the project manager with delivering turf construction projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated to deliver a superior customer experience. Main responsibilities will include creation of submittals, scheduling of material deliveries, coordinating with installation crews and subcontractors and assisting with close out materials.
Essential Duties:
· Creates submittals for customers
· Issue notice of award to vendors and subcontractors
· Manage and report on changes to project schedules
· Coordinate material deliveries and ensure site is ready for installation crew
· Provides general support to Project Managers
Qualifications:
·Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment
· Organized, structured, methodical, and disciplined work habits
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Should be proficient in MS Office 365
· Experience with Netsuite, Procore, or similar project accounting system
