Job Title: Training Supervisor
Program: Unaccompanied Minors- ORR
Salary: $75,000 - $77,700 (based on educational achievements and experience)
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a Training Supervisor for our Unaccompanied Children (UC) Program. The Supervisor of Training provides leadership and oversight of training operations across all UC program sites. This position supervises UC Trainers, ensures all staff and foster parents remain compliant with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) required training and onboarding standards, and develops, implements, and evaluates training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and agency objectives. The Supervisor partners with program leadership to ensure training initiatives align with federal regulations, agency policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with significant supervisory training experience considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, staff development, or program compliance within child welfare or social services.
- Strong knowledge of ORR and UAC policies and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for adult learners.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with experience supervising trainers or training staff.
- Knowledge of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) standards and training requirements, or experience working in a highly regulated human services environment
