What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Technician at Bird Automotive, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer care.
✅ Perform accurate diagnostics (electrical, drivability, noise concerns, etc.)
✅ Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
✅ Use digital inspections and document findings clearly
✅ Communicate with advisors as needed for repair recommendations
✅ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
✅ Contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for techs who care about doing things the right way — not just the fast way.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic abilities (A/B Tech level preferred)
- Experience with general repair and maintenance
- Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
- ASE certifications
- Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, etc.)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
