What to expect:
- 35 to 45 hour work week is the normal
- We are open 11am until as late as 3am. You will work more nights than days and all nights for the first 4 weeks of training.
- You will work most weekends.
- We prefer our management be able to deliver, Delivery is what we do. It's hard to manage something you are not proficient at. Plus, our management needs to embrace that all jobs are in your job description. No one is above any part of the job. Plus you make tips when delivering and that means more money for you. We are not hiring management to be drivers, of course.
- Daily you will make pizzas, enter phone orders from customers, prep, clean, customer service, manage team members, manage paperwork, and manage delivery including helping with delivery.
In addition to hourly pay:
*qualify for daily, biweekly and possibly even yearly bonus'
*employee meals as long as numbers are in line
*make tips on driving shifts
*health benefits are cheaper on the exchange than we can offer
*paid vacation after qualifying period
*other incentive options may be applicable
The Ideal Candidate:
1. must be at least 18 years old and be able to work in the US.
2. the ideal candidate will meet our delivery standards. See above. Not a deal breaker.
- possesses drivers license, vehicle insurance and reliable car/truck.
- no reckless or dui and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
3. Must have reasonably open availability.
Hourly and salary options may be available. Most of our team are hourly as that seems to work better for most people.
