Job Overview
IRIDIUM Asset Management is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, resident relations, leasing efforts, and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building resident relationships, and contributing to the overall success of a community.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property operations, leasing, resident communication, and administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing resident questions, concerns, and requests
- Support leasing activities including tours, applications, renewals, and resident retention efforts
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, payment arrangements, and resident account management
- Deliver and process required notices while following company policies and legal guidelines
- Maintain accurate resident records, lease files, and communication notes
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure resident needs are addressed
- Support occupancy goals, renewals, and overall property performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company procedures, and housing requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or residential operations preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of collections, lease administration, and resident relations
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, or similar systems preferred
- Understanding of Fair Housing, Landlord-Tenant laws, LIHTC, or Section 8 programs a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Schedule Expectations
This role requires flexibility during peak operational periods, including the first week of the month, collection periods, and weekends as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
