Pay: $15–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Callahan Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, bubbly, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice of our company. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and helping solve problems, we’d love to meet you — no HVAC experience required, we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional, and positive attitude
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations
- Communicate clearly with customers to gather information and set expectations
- Update customers on technician arrival times and service status
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed for urgent calls
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Work closely with technicians and management to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Provide calm, helpful support to customers during stressful HVAC situations
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, upbeat personality and strong people skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Customer service or office experience is a plus — but not required
Schedule & Availability:
- This position may include being on-call after hours on a rotating basis
- Availability and schedule will be discussed during the interview
