About Verde Law
Verde Law, PLLC is a humanitarian immigration law firm in Miami. We represent families and individuals from our Spanish-speaking community in some of the most urgent moments of their lives — asylum, removal and deportation defense, bond hearings, and family-based immigration. For many of the people who reach out to us, we are the first call they make when a loved one is detained or facing court. How they are treated in that first conversation matters as much as the case itself.
We are growing quickly and looking for a warm, driven, fully bilingual professional to be that first conversation — the person who helps prospective clients understand how we can help them and guides them through becoming a client.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients who reach out to the firm — many transferred to you live and ready to talk — and guide them through their first conversation with Verde Law.
- Understand each person's situation, explain how the firm can help and what our services and fees include, and help them take the next step to become a client. (Our attorneys provide all legal advice.)
- Speak with prospective clients by phone and in person and answer their questions with clarity and care.
- Follow up with prospective clients who need time to decide — by phone, text, and WhatsApp.
- Manage your pipeline and daily follow-up list in our CRM (training provided); keep every record accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and send retainer agreements, set up payment arrangements, and hand newly signed clients off smoothly to our legal team.
What We're Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — professional speaking, reading, and writing in both.
- A natural communicator and relationship-builder who is warm, and trustworthy; people feel comfortable with you quickly.
- Experience in a client-facing role where you guided people to a decision (for example: client enrollment, account management, client relations, or reception at a busy practice).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Disciplined with follow-up; you don't let prospective clients slip away.
- Empathy and composure when speaking with people in stressful, high-stakes situations.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software (we'll train you on our systems).
- Immigration experience is required.
