In this position you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of HVAC systems. This includes cleaning of HVAC coils, changing belts, greasing bearings and cleaning of the duct systems.

Must possess and maintain personal tools
Should have basic understanding of blueprints
Must possess good communications skills to keep customers updated on the project status
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
