Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Plans, develops and implements weekly lesson plans that fit the children’s needs, interests, and developmental levels in the classroom
- Documents attendance, incident reports, and absences
- Works together and effectively communicates with Lead Teachers, Aides, Directors, Owners, and Families
- Maintain classroom and center cleanliness
- Maintain appropriate staff to child ratio
- Adhere by cell phone policy, playground policy, no tolerance policy, and Employee Handbook guidelines
- Play, sing, dance, and read with our littles!
Qualifications Include:
- Must have High School Diploma/GED (CDA/Experience in Childcare Preferred)
- Must possess a passion for working with children.
