Landscape Maintenance Field Manager
Full-Time | Holly Springs, GA – West Branch | Metro Atlanta
Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta.
We're looking for a motivated leader to run crews out of our Holly Springs, West Branch.
What You'll Do

Lead, train, and oversee landscape maintenance crews on-site

Inspect properties to keep them neat, safe, and on schedule

Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment

Drive the company vehicle and maintain it properly

Report daily to Operations Managers on property performance

Submit timesheets, inspection reports, and daily debriefs
Requirements:
What You Need
-
Landscape experience required — this is a must for the role
-
4+ years of grounds maintenance experience

Experience leading at least 2 people directly

Skilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edging

Comfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)

Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run

Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs
