Job Title: Install Supervisor
Department: HVAC Install
Objective: Make sure day to day operation of the Install Department are met. Schedule all installs being sold by the comfort consultants. Track technicians efficiencies and ride along with techs to make sure the Nexstar Service System is being implemented in the field properly and customer satisfaction is the focus. Coach techs to ensure efficiency is being met by all. Institute and enforce company policies and make sure the service dept. is producing slid revenue and turnovers for the company.
Parallel Work Relationships: All production managers, Warehouse, Comfort Consultants
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Includes, but not limited to)
The essential functions of the Install Manger are to prioritize, direct, and supervise and train all field technicians, while focusing on customer service and delivery of products and services. Being aware of incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution and proper documentation of work. Is knowledgeable of the concept of flat rate pricing and it practice, and instructs others with regard to the pricing policy.
- Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results.
- Conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
- Monitor performance of installation technicians and advise them on how to improve.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1’s.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget.
Qualifications:

- · Must have general knowledge of HVAC state codes and be able to speak to company product lines with some degree of accuracy.
- · Must be fluent in Nexstar Service System
- · Proven track record in installation.
