Diamond Estate Management is known for Luxury concierge estate management services, as a fully accredited member of the National Home Watch Association. Offices are located at 9130 Galleria Court, Suite 204, in Naples.
Responsibilities
- Perform Estate Management / Home Watch visits, as well as manage one estate management tech
- Communicate with client regarding Estate Management needs. Call other contractors as needed.
- Manage small remodel work, multiple small projects at one time. Basic project oversight ensuring all trades are aware of scope.
- Report to Director of Estate Management. Assist him with reviewing prospective client requests to assist him in estimating the project.
- Performing work is a PLUS, such as various handyman services, drywall and skimming, painting, trim, small cabinetry punchlist, etc.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Home Watch / Estate Mgt home inspections.
- Basic knowledge of Procore a PLUS, for uploading photos and reading commitments.
- Coordinate with trusted trade and service partners for luxury home maintenance needs
- Knowledge of Method software, for Home Watch scheduling and Estate Mgt/HomeWatch reports
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Able to function both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
