We are a local cleaning company specializing in new construction homes and apartment buildings. We are looking for dependable team members to help prepare newly built properties for move-in.
This position involves detailed cleaning work in newly completed construction environments. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day.
Main responsibilities include:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning window trim and fixtures
- Scrubbing floors and surfaces
- Removing construction dust and debris
- Preparing homes and apartments for final presentation
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Speak fluent English
- Have reliable transportation
- Have flexible schedule availability
- Pass a background check
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
