North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to fill CNA positions for DAY and PM shift. Hourly rates will depend on experience and shift selection. Currently we have the highest clinical staff to patient ratio in the state of Arizona and we are continuing to train and hire to provide the best quality of care we can to our patients, as well as maintaining a properly staffed and well-cultured team. PRN are not offered.
Advancement opportunities include shift leads, annual raises, and even the opportunity to be sent to LPN school with tuition reimbursement! (No waiting list or minimum time employed, but must meet criteria on good performance and reliability) Typically, LPN Programs have a 2 year waiting list. Bypass the 2 year wait-list through our program! Make $31+ per hour after completing the LPN program!
Level of Care: We provide airway and respiratory care and therapy with patient criteria of trach, ventilator, or hemodialysis. Competency based training and orientation will be provided to treat our patient base.

Schedule:

Experience: Must be a licensed CNA. New Graduates are welcome!
