Machine Operator Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift + 2nd Shift Available
- Pay Rate: $25-$26/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor press machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Maintain accurate material labeling, including type, gauge, width, and weight
- Remove and install dies as required for production runs
- Secure materials on pallets and organize products by part number
- Review production schedules and prioritize work accordingly
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures to verify specificationsRead and interpret drawings, routers, and work instructions
- Identify and report unsafe equipment or work conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Experience using measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to follow directions and work safely in a team environment
