Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking a strong, dynamic, and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. As the LNHA, you will serve as the executive leader of the facility, responsible for overall operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality of care. You will partner closely with clinical leadership, including the Director of Nursing, as well as regional support teams to ensure the facility operates at a high standard.
Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead and support department heads including clinical, dietary, social services, and environmental services
Drive census growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Ensure high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources
Lead survey readiness and manage all regulatory visits and compliance initiatives
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Collaborate with regional leadership to meet organizational goals
Active LNHA license in Maryland (required)
Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Strong understanding of clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
