We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join our Warehouse Leadership team. This individual will assist the department manager and ensure team members are achieving performance goals. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:45 p.m. until end of shift; overtime is required.

Warehouse Loading Lead Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate with the warehouse leadership team to ensure daily requirements are understood and achieved
· Lead and motivate a team of up to 12 associates to achieve peak performance
· Ensure all team members are adhering to safety policies and regulations
· Train loading staff to safely stage and load products and utilize a scanner for inventory control
· Assist with investigating and resolving discrepancies
· Monitor employee down time, breaks, and lunch periods
· Manually load trucks in a safe manner using a dolly
· Stack and stage customer orders to minimize damage and safety concerns
· Operate an RF scanner to assist with inventory control
· Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Warehouse Loading Lead Job Requirements:
· HS diploma/GED
· 1+ years of leadership/training experience
· Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and technical skills
· 1+ years of loading and inventory control experience
· Must be computer literate
· Must be willing to work overtime; 5-10 hours per week
· Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
