About Happy Woods:
We operate a small but developing farm and are now working toward developing multiple connected ventures, including:
- A future storefront featuring local artisans, groceries, coffee, pastries, books, and handmade goods
- A farmers market and artisan booth selling soaps, candles, decor, photography, jewelry, and more
- Community events such as farm dinners, workshops, movie nights, bonfires, pop-up art shows, and seasonal festivals
We’re creating a space where people gather, create, connect, and celebrate simple, sustainable living.
Who I’m Looking For:
Someone who:
- Has farming or gardening experience and genuinely enjoys working with the land
- Is strong in marketing, branding, or business development
- Loves local artisans, handmade goods, and community-centered projects
- Wants to help build and grow a long-term, values-driven business
- Is collaborative, creative, reliable, and excited about both planning and hands-on work
What You’d Be Partnering In:
- Expansion of the farm & artisanal goods (soap, candles, flowers, produce, etc.)
- Growth of the storefront and partnerships with local vendors
- Development of events, workshops, and community experiences
- A shared vision for building something beautiful and sustainable
Compensation:
Equity-based partnership (details discussed individually). Looking for someone interested in long-term growth rather than short-term profit.
