Unarmed Security Officer — Part-Time (Luxury Retail)
We are seeking a polished, highly attentive Unarmed Security Officer to represent our firm within an elevated retail setting. This interior post calls for a discreet, professional presence — someone who carries themselves with the composure and attentiveness our luxury clientele expects. Candidates should be comfortable operating in refined, customer-facing environments where discretion, observation, and impeccable presentation are paramount.

We are currently seeking flex guards to support our Northern California sites, including San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mirna Square, and Concord and Santa Clara. Flex guards provide coverage across multiple locations as scheduling needs arise.
Compensation & Structure
- Wages: $28–$32 per hour, based on placement location
- Hourly pay with overtime available
- W2 employment
- Must have your own Suit and tie ( Black suit,white shirt/black tie)

Requirements
- Active, physical Guard Card in good standing
- Valid, state-issued identification
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of an employee background check
- Reliable personal transportation
- Flexible schedule, or at minimum some open availability — must be able to travel between Northern California sites (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mirna Square, Concord areas)
- Uniform standard: Black BDU or Suit and Tie — required, no exceptions
- Strong communication and observation skills
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
