Job Description:
We are seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the Fall and Spring Semester. Each course is for 7 weeks. We offer 2 courses in a traditional semester to include summers.
RN-BSN Program
On-line and Hybrid adjunct positions open. These are 7-week courses. The on-line course will meet 3 times a week on Thursday evening from 5-8pm.
Master's in Nursing Education Program
On-line adjunct positions open. These are 7 week courses a synchronous.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Massachusetts nursing license in good standing. To teach in the RN-BSN Program, applicants must hold a minimum of a master's degree in nursing (MSN). To teach in the MSN in Nursing Education Program, applicants must hold a doctoral degree in nursing, either a DNP or PhD.
Teaching experience in higher education is strongly preferred. Applicants must demonstrate strong teaching skills and the ability to teach effectively online. Faculty are expected to be available and responsive to students, provide timely and meaningful feedback, and assist in developing student learning activities that support both student and program learning outcomes.

The posted salary range reflects the good-faith compensation estimate for this position. The actual pay offered will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity factors. $5,500 per course
