Must Haves:
· Active RN License
· BLS or ACLS Certification
· Valid Driver's License
· Reliable Transportation
· Ability to pass background check and drug screen
· Strong patient-facing communication skills
· Comfortable working independently in patient homes
Ideal Candidate:

· Open to new grads or less experienced candidates ("green" candidates welcome)

· Comfortable educating patients and caregivers
Performance Expectations:
· Approximately 50 CPAP setups per month
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This clinician will provide respiratory care services to patients in both a clinical setting and in their homes. The primary focus of the role is supporting patients who require CPAP, BiPAP, ventilator, and other respiratory equipment. The clinician will be responsible for equipment setup, patient education, ongoing monitoring, and compliance follow-up.
On a day-to-day basis, the clinician will: · Set up and install home respiratory equipment including CPAPs, BiPAPs, and ventilators
· Fit and adjust equipment based on patient needs
· Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment usage, cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
· Conduct routine follow-up visits and monitor patient compliance
· Deliver and set up equipment in patient homes when needed
· Troubleshoot equipment concerns and ensure functionality
· Maintain accurate patient documentation and equipment records
· Build long-term relationships with patients throughout their care journey
Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
