Barback – 1864 Noir Bar & Restaurant | Bozeman, MT
1864 is looking for a hardworking, reliable Barback to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping our bar running smoothly by supporting our bartenders during busy service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn the craft and grow into a bartending role.
What You'll Do:
- Stock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
- Prep juices, garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- Change kegs, take out trash, and assist with opening and closing duties
- Support bartenders to ensure exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Nights and weekend availability required
- No experience necessary—we'll train the right person
