ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position supports customers throughout the entire service journey—from initial inquiry and scheduling through project completion and post-service follow-up—ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience that builds trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
· Guide customers through the process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
· Schedule appointments, manage calendars, follow up on leads, and maintain consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
· Address customer concerns, questions, and service issues promptly and effectively to the appropriate department
· Collaborate closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated customer experience.
· Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and communication logs within CRM and scheduling systems.
· Support post-project follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and review requests to strengthen customer relationships and brand reputation.
· Assist in process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the overall customer journey and service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
