Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Assembler to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks across various product lines. In this role, you’ll work from blueprints and specifications to assemble units, wire panels, route cables, and install equipment into cabinets and enclosures.
This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Perform wiring and panel assembly following safety standards
- Complete mechanical assembly tasks, including installing components into cabinets and enclosures
- Route, bend, and secure cables according to layout and drawing requirements
- Use hand tools to assemble and install parts and components
- Perform both basic and advanced assembly tasks based on experience level
- Work independently on routine assignments while learning from senior team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications & Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools (required)
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
- Automotive/mechanic experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with good communication skills

- Wire crimpers
- Cable cutters
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on a concrete floor for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, pulling, and climbing as required
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/assembly setting
- Exposure to minor risks such as cuts or muscle strain
- Safety procedures and PPE provided
