Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident health and document changes
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise CNAs
Maintain accurate medical records
Provide compassionate nursing care while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Active LPN license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment skills
Long-term care experience preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
