Civil Engineer (P.E. Required)
We're seeking a Civil Engineer with an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to support civil design projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)
- 4+ years of civil engineering design experience
- Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D
- Experience with civil engineering calculations and design
- Exposure to permitting and permitting processes
- Preferred experience with Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop civil engineering designs and perform engineering calculations using hand calculations, spreadsheets, Mathcad, and 3D modeling tools
- Support the development of contract drawings by providing technical input to civil designers
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, and clients to ensure successful project execution
- Assist with permitting efforts and ensure designs meet applicable standards and project requirements
Additional Information
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent conversion after approximately six months
- Active P.E. license is required
