Bilingual Speech Services is a therapist-owned company that partners with Texas school districts to provide high-quality speech-language services. We specialize in school-based services, bilingual evaluations, and culturally and linguistically appropriate support for students.
We are looking for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Austin area for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview
The Bilingual SLP will provide speech-language therapy, complete evaluations, participate in ARD meetings, collaborate with school teams, and support students with communication needs in both English and Spanish.
This position is a great fit for an SLP who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about supporting bilingual students in the school setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students
- Complete bilingual speech and language evaluations
- Consider linguistic and cultural factors during assessments
- Develop and support IEP goals
- Complete documentation, progress reports, and service logs
- Participate in ARD meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide consultation and support to educational teams
- Supervise SLPAs if applicable and agreed upon
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school teams
- Reliable, professional, and organized

Pay
- W-2: $58-$65/hour with benefits
- 1099: $70/hour
Actual pay may depend on experience, location, and position structure.
