McLeod Auto Sales is the largest independent dealership in Central Texas — and we're growing. We run a full credit spectrum, roughly fifty-fifty prime and subprime, so we need an F&I Manager who can structure any deal that comes across the desk, deliver real back-end results, and protect the customer and the store at the same time.
If you can move seamlessly between prime and subprime, work outside lenders like a pro, and want a seat on a team that backs you up, this is your shot. Subprime experience is a must — you'll need it to work the full range of deals we see.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Structure and close deals across the full credit spectrum through a deep stack of outside lenders
- Maximize back-end PVR through ethical, compliant product presentation (VSC, GAP, ancillary)
- Build and protect lender relationships to push approvals and minimize kickbacks
- Own compliance start to finish — OFAC, Red Flags, Reg Z/B, accurate funding packages
- Partner with the sales desk to turn every approval into a delivered unit
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Subprime / special finance experience is required — this is non-negotiable. You'll be working the full credit range, and subprime is where deals are won or lost.
- Proven F&I production in a high-volume environment
- Deep lender knowledge and the ability to work a deal that others would turn down
- Menu-selling discipline and a clean compliance track record
- A producer's drive and a team-first attitude
- Dealertrack/RouteOne experience a plus
