Led by Dr. Irfan Handoo, a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in Deep TMS, IV Ketamine treatments, and Spravato, KCPP ensures personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Our TMS, IV Ketamine, and Spravato programs are growing, and we are looking to add a compassionate individual to our team who is highly organized, has experience working in health care or mental health care, and can work both independently and with a team.

- Greet and verify patients prior to each treatment session
- Set up treatment rooms and equipment before and between sessions
- Confirm treatment orders and monitoring instructions in the EMR
- Take and document patient vital signs before, during, and after sessions
- Monitor patient safety, sedation, and comfort throughout treatment
- Provide calm, supportive interaction during dissociative or anxious states
- Accurately chart real-time observations and vitals in the EMR
- Maintain logs for DEA, REMS, and clinic tracking systems
- Assist with infection control, inventory stocking, and room readiness
- Support front office tasks (calls, scheduling) on non-clinical days
Qualifications (Required):
- Active U.S. certification/licensure as one of the following:
- Paramedic, LPN, or RN
- IV Certification or Equivalent Experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification, or must be able to obtain certifications within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in psychiatry, infusion, emergency, or outpatient medical settings
- Proficiency with vital signs, medical terminology, and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and build rapport with patients
- Dependable availability for scheduled PRN shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ketamine, infusion therapy, and/or Spravato®
- Background in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health
- Familiarity with REMS programs, controlled substances, or DEA compliance
- EMR and electronic scheduling system fluency
Schedule & Compensation:
- PRN schedule: shifts vary based on treatment volume and clinic needs
- $26.00-$27.00 hourly rate, based on licensure and relevant experience
- Paid training provided on clinical protocols, ketamine administration workflows, and documentation
Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
