We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher & Reservations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicates professionally under pressure, and enjoys problem solving and customer service. Experience with limousine or transportation operations is preferred.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our chauffeurs, coordinating transportation logistics, assisting clients, and helping ensure every trip runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage chauffeur dispatch and trip logistics
- Monitor schedules and assist with real-time trip adjustments
- Answer phones, emails, and reservation inquiries
- Enter reservations accurately and efficiently
- Provide quotes and assist with bookings
- Communicate with hotel partners, wineries, wedding planners, and clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service and concierge-level support
- Assist with problem solving and last-minute changes calmly and professionally
- Support day-to-day operations during busy weekend periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch, hospitality, transportation, logistics, or customer service
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, and surrounding areas preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software systems
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Schedule
- Primarily weekends
- Day and/or evening shifts depending on coverage needs
- Some holiday availability may be requested
