Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties
- Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating, reservations, and guest relations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff members in food service procedures, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service excellence.
- Oversee shift management by coordinating staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during busy hours, and managing time effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies, ensuring stock levels are optimal and ordering is timely.
- Enforce food safety standards and hygiene protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and conducting interviews for new hires.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and XChef for order processing and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control, budgeting, and shift management.
- Casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.

Pay: $40,581.07 - $64,527.75 per year
