Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of Trusts & Estates Paralegal experience.
- Experience with probate and complex trust administration.
- Experience preparing probate accountings and federal estate tax returns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with trust and estate administration and probate matters.
- Prepare and maintain probate accountings and federal estate tax returns.
- Manage case files, deadlines, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, attorneys, and other professionals.
- Provide high-quality client service while working independently and collaboratively.
