Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Washington Heights, NY
Pay: $36–$48/hour
Schedule Options: Single-Site or Float

HumanHire is partnering with a well-established outpatient oncology and hematology practice seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its team in Washington Heights.
We are currently hiring for two LPN opportunities, allowing candidates to choose the schedule and setting that best fits their needs.
Single-Site LPN – Washington Heights
- Pay:* $36–$45/hour, based on experience*
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 4-day workweek with Mondays off
- Primarily based at one location
Float LPN – Washington Heights/Bronx
- Pay:* $39–$48/hour, based on experience*
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour shifts
- Travel between designated practice locations as needed
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Prepare patients and examination rooms for provider visits
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Administer injections and medications under physician orders
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, specimen collection, and other basic clinical testing
- Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and disease management
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Manage physician inbox tasks and patient callbacks
- Assist with medical inventory and clinical supplies
- Follow established patient safety, infection control, and clinical procedures
Requirements
- Active New York State LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous outpatient, medical office, or ambulatory care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
