Job Description:Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and leadership? Join our team as a Store Manager at our Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer location, and take charge of driving sales, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Experience:
- Take full accountability for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in the store.
- Coach and counsel store personnel on sales and reputation metrics, recognizing positive performance and addressing poor performance.
- Resolve or escalate billing and service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute individual development plans for store personnel.
- Ensure all employees fully understand and maximize the compensation plan.
Store Operations:
- Act as the Floor General, overseeing all store activities at all times.
- Collaborate with the Area Retail Sales Manager to review headcount forecasts and staffing needs.
- Maintain adherence to Cricket Wireless' CPOG and merchandising standards.
- Ensure timely completion of required training for personnel.
- Implement, execute, and inspect existing and new retail programs, tools, and training.
- Report any fraudulent activity promptly.
- Be available for store emergencies on call.
Leadership and Integrity:

- Utilize your professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is prefered.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Cricket Wireless products and services is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
