Job Overview
We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online product presence across our company website and key marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair. This role focuses on keeping listings accurate and competitive, improving the on-site shopping experience, and supporting broader marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Listing & Website Management
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and descriptions across the company website and marketplace channels
- Improve site and category navigation to enhance the overall user shopping experience
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with current pricing and promotions
Search & Discoverability
- Research and apply relevant keywords to improve search ranking for web pages and product listings
- Monitor how products perform in search results and adjust content accordingly
Marketing Support
- Support email campaigns, social commerce initiatives, and search engine marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align listing content with broader campaigns and promotions
Collaboration
- Write clear, compelling product descriptions
- Work closely with design teams to ensure product imagery and content meet brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair
- Understanding of email marketing, social commerce, and search engine marketing (SEM/SEO)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, effective product descriptions
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple listings and priorities at once
- Experience with marketing design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
