Base Pay:
$26–$34 per hour, based on experience
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics
Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $66,080–$80,640 annually ($31.75–$38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist
- Document patient care and outcomes efficiently
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Passion for providing hands-on, patient-centered care
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, balance, vestibular rehabilitation, or wellness
